Parts for a sink-mounted “deckplate” (left). This four-plus-four cavity, two shot mold features twin stacked hot runners molding a nylon plate with a T.P.R. gasket injected as the second shot. The rendering on the right shows the nylon shot as transparent, and the T.P.R. shot as dark gray.
